We help clients design and implement technology in the cloud and generative AI space. That covers the full arc of an engagement: understanding the business problem, designing an architecture that fits it, and implementing the system — not just recommending one.

How we work

TerrellCloud.io is founder-run. The person you talk to in the first call is the person who designs your architecture and reviews the code. That model keeps engagements small, fast, and honest: we take on work we can do well, and we say so plainly when something isn’t worth building.

Typical engagements include:

  • Cloud architecture and review — designing new workloads, reviewing existing ones against reliability, security, and cost lenses, and planning migrations that don’t stall halfway.
  • GenAI system design and implementation — retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, model and prompt evaluation, and the operational scaffolding (observability, guardrails, cost controls) that production GenAI actually requires.
  • Advisory — a standing practitioner voice for teams making cloud and AI decisions without wanting a full-time hire.
